We only save information provided by Slack when you add this app to your Slack workspace (such as the Team ID, Team Name, and Bot Authorization Token).
This data is used exclusively to authenticate the app on your Slack workspace and permit it to reply to threads. No personal personnel data (like usernames or private profiles) are collected.
Your published wiki entries are retained indefinitely to serve as your team's permanent knowledge base. To request a deletion for collected data, contact the email address in the "Contact" section.
We use your data exclusively to provide the `/wiki` search functionality and draft summaries.
Third-Party AI Integration: To generate summaries, message thread text is sent to our AI provider (Groq) for transient inference only. The text is instantly discarded by the AI provider after the summary is generated. Your data is NEVER retained by the AI provider and is NEVER used to train Large Language Models (LLMs).
We will never sell or give access to our data to another third party.
We do not use any cookies.
