The Service is designed to generate AI-assisted summaries of Slack threads for your team's knowledge base. You are responsible for the data you choose to process through the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Floppy utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate summaries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the content before officially publishing it to your knowledge base.
In no event shall Floppy or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 14-day free trial on our Pro plan. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting us at the email below.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
